2022 Spur Award Winner

The Western Writers of America has selected my article in Montana the Magazine of Western History as their winner for Best Short Form Non-Fiction!  The Right Man to do the Wrong Thing: Charlie Thex, the Bear Creek Sheep Raid, and the Primacy of Fear appeared in the Summer 2021 issue.
